On Thursday, 29 December, during drill, Potomac Heights VFD&RS was alerted to a chimney fire in Indian Head on Woodland Drive. Chief 7, Engine 72, and Engine 73 responded to assist Indian Head VFD&RS, Naval District Washington, Bryans Road VFD&RS, and Tenth District VFD.
